Visit the Yocker landing page
Open yocker.in in your browser. You'll see a quick overview of what Yocker does and two main calls to action — Start free and Browse open roles.
What you're looking at
- Hero headline — the core value proposition: AI-powered screening, not spreadsheets
- Match Score example — a sample candidate scored 92/100 by Yocker's AI
- Pipeline preview — what your kanban board will look like once you're hiring
Create your HR account
Click Get started or Start free. You'll land on the signup page — a clean split-view with the form on the right.
Filling out the form
- I am a → select Recruiter / HR (the right card)
- Company name → your organisation's name. A workspace is created with you as owner.
- Full name, Email, Password → standard signup fields
- Click Create account
Your first dashboard view
Once you sign up, you're taken to your HR dashboard. Initially, it's empty — no jobs, no candidates, just a sidebar and a friendly nudge to post your first role.
Understanding the sidebar
- Jobs — your active and closed job postings (this is your "home")
- Team — manage teammates and their roles
- Company — your company profile, logo, default currency
- Billing — your plan, usage, upgrade options
- + New opening — the big primary button at the bottom of the sidebar to post a job
Post your first job
Click + New opening in the sidebar. You'll get a structured form where you describe the role.
Recommended fields to fill
- Title (required) — e.g. "Senior Backend Engineer", "Sales Intern"
- Description (required) — what the role involves, who you're looking for
- Required skills — comma-separated (e.g. python, postgresql, aws). These are weighted highest in AI scoring.
- Preferred skills — nice-to-haves. Weighted lower than required skills.
- Location, employment type, salary range — show on the public careers page
- Application limit — defaults to 100. Auto-pauses applications when reached.
See your job go live
After you save the job, your dashboard shows it in the list. Each job card has quick actions — view applicants, edit, and a config menu.
What each button does
- Applicants — opens the hiring pipeline (kanban view) for this job
- Edit — change job details, status, skills, salary, etc.
- Config — set up screening questions, customise pipeline stages
Share your branded careers page
Yocker automatically creates a public careers page for your company — your logo, your URL, your roles. No designer needed.
How to share it
- Find the careers page URL in your Company settings (or by clicking Public site in the sidebar)
- Share the link on LinkedIn, X / Twitter, your company website, WhatsApp, email signatures
- Anyone with the link can browse your open roles and apply — no Yocker account required
Manage your hiring pipeline
When candidates apply, they land in your pipeline. The default view is a kanban board with five stages: Review, Screen, Phone Screen, Interview, Offer, plus Hired and Rejected.
What each candidate card shows
- Initial avatar — gradient circle with the first letter of their name
- AI match score — 0–100, colour-coded (green = strong fit, amber = mid, grey = weak)
- Name, email, reference number (e.g. YK-2026-0042)
- AI summary — a short auto-generated summary of why they match (or don't)
- Assigned interviewer — visible at the bottom of the card
How to move candidates
- Click any card to open the detail panel on the right
- Move them between stages using the stage dropdown or kanban drag
- Moving someone to a rejection stage requires a reason (audit trail)
- Move to Hired to mark a successful hire — they're locked in
Bulk actions
- Select multiple candidates with the checkboxes
- Bulk-move to a stage, bulk-reject with a reason, or export selected candidates to a branded PDF report
Download candidate reports
Need to share a shortlist with a hiring manager who isn't on Yocker, or hand off a candidate list to a partner? Yocker generates a branded PDF report on demand — straight from the pipeline view.
Built-in Branded PDF candidate report
Landscape A4 layout · Your company name and logo at the top · One row per candidate · Up to 200 candidates per report.
What's in the PDF
Each candidate row contains exactly the information your hiring manager needs to make a quick call — no clutter, no extra data:
- Full name — as entered in their application
- Email address — primary contact
- Phone number — with country code (e.g. +91 98765 43210)
- Location — city and country if provided
- Latest work experience — role + company, with "+N more" if they have additional history
How to generate a report
- Open the Applicants view for a job
- Use the checkboxes on each candidate card to select the ones you want (or click Select all visible in the bulk action bar)
- The bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the screen
- Click Export PDF
- The PDF downloads to your browser — open it, share it, or print it
Set up your company profile
Go to Company in the sidebar to add your logo, company description, and default settings.
Fields to fill
- Logo — PNG, JPG, SVG, or WEBP, max 2MB. Automatically resized for performance.
- Industry, Size, Location — appear on the public careers page and in candidate-facing emails
- Default salary currency — INR (₹) by default for India. Switch to USD, EUR, AED, SGD anytime.
- Website — your main company site, shown alongside your careers page
- About the company — a short pitch that helps candidates decide if they want to apply
Invite your hiring team
Yocker bills per company, not per recruiter — invite the whole hiring team at no extra cost. Go to Team in the sidebar.
The four roles
- Owner — full control: jobs, candidates, billing, team. There can be multiple owners.
- Recruiter — can post jobs, manage candidates, move them through stages.
- Hiring manager — can review and act on candidates, but cannot post or delete jobs.
- Interviewer — read-only on candidates assigned to them. Cannot change stages or assign others.
How invites work
- Enter the teammate's email, pick a role, click Send invite
- They receive an email with a one-click invite link
- The invite expires after 7 days — you can cancel or resend anytime
- They sign up, accept the invite, and land in your workspace

Yocker has four plans. Most teams start free and upgrade only when they hit the job or teammate cap.
