Visit the Yocker landing page

Open yocker.in in your browser. You'll see a quick overview of what Yocker does and two main calls to action — Start free and Browse open roles.

What you're looking at

Good to know: Yocker is free to start — no credit card required. The Starter plan is free forever and includes 2 active jobs, AI scoring, and a branded careers page.
STEP 02 3 min

Create your HR account

Click Get started or Start free. You'll land on the signup page — a clean split-view with the form on the right.

Filling out the form

Tip: Use your work email, not a personal one. Teammates you invite later will see it as the workspace owner's address.
Note on verification: If email verification is required for your account, check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification link from yocker.in. Click it before signing in.
STEP 03 1 min

Your first dashboard view

Once you sign up, you're taken to your HR dashboard. Initially, it's empty — no jobs, no candidates, just a sidebar and a friendly nudge to post your first role.

Understanding the sidebar

STEP 04 5 min

Post your first job

Click + New opening in the sidebar. You'll get a structured form where you describe the role.

The Post a new job form with fields for title, description, location, employment type
The "Post a new job" form. Fill in what you need — only Title and Description are required.

Recommended fields to fill

How AI scoring uses these fields: Required skills count for 70 of the 100 points. Experience (compared against your minimum) counts for 20. Education counts for 10. The more accurately you fill in the role, the better Yocker scores incoming candidates.
STEP 05 1 min

See your job go live

After you save the job, your dashboard shows it in the list. Each job card has quick actions — view applicants, edit, and a config menu.

Share your branded careers page

Yocker automatically creates a public careers page for your company — your logo, your URL, your roles. No designer needed.

How to share it

Tip: The careers page automatically updates when you post new jobs or close old ones. There's nothing extra to maintain.
STEP 07 5 min

Manage your hiring pipeline

When candidates apply, they land in your pipeline. The default view is a kanban board with five stages: Review, Screen, Phone Screen, Interview, Offer, plus Hired and Rejected.

Search and filter: Use the search box at the top to find candidates by name, email, or skills. Filters let you narrow by stage, minimum AI score, or include withdrawn candidates.

Download candidate reports

Need to share a shortlist with a hiring manager who isn't on Yocker, or hand off a candidate list to a partner? Yocker generates a branded PDF report on demand — straight from the pipeline view.

Built-in Branded PDF candidate report

Landscape A4 layout · Your company name and logo at the top · One row per candidate · Up to 200 candidates per report.

What's in the PDF

Each candidate row contains exactly the information your hiring manager needs to make a quick call — no clutter, no extra data:

How to generate a report

  1. Open the Applicants view for a job
  2. Use the checkboxes on each candidate card to select the ones you want (or click Select all visible in the bulk action bar)
  3. The bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the screen
  4. Click Export PDF
  5. The PDF downloads to your browser — open it, share it, or print it
Tip: The report is generated in real-time and reflects the candidates you've selected at that moment. Generate fresh reports as your shortlist changes.
Privacy & tenant safety: Only candidates belonging to your company appear in the report — Yocker silently filters out any IDs you don't have access to. The PDF is generated server-side using your branded layout and streamed directly to your browser, never stored on disk.
Coming soon: CSV / Excel export for spreadsheet-loving teams, and per-candidate detailed reports with full work history and AI score breakdown.
STEP 09 3 min

Set up your company profile

Go to Company in the sidebar to add your logo, company description, and default settings.

The Company profile page. Your logo and "About" text appear on your branded careers page.

Fields to fill

Tip: A complete company profile (logo + about text) measurably improves application quality — candidates spend more time reading roles when the profile feels professional.
STEP 10 3 min

Invite your hiring team

Yocker bills per company, not per recruiter — invite the whole hiring team at no extra cost. Go to Team in the sidebar.

The four roles

How invites work

Per-company pricing: Every plan includes a fixed number of teammates (Starter = 3, Growth = 10, Pro = unlimited). No per-seat add-on fees.
STEP 11 2 min

Plans, billing, and upgrades

Yocker has four plans. Most teams start free and upgrade only when they hit the job or teammate cap.

Plan Price Active jobs Teammates
Starter Free forever 2 3
Growth ₹2,499 / month 10 10
Pro ₹5,499 / month Unlimited Unlimited
Enterprise Contact sales Unlimited + SLA Unlimited

How upgrades work

India-first billing: All Yocker prices are in INR with 18% GST applied at checkout. We currently support UPI for payments. Stripe / Razorpay card integration is on the roadmap.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is the AI match score calculated?
Skills (out of 70) + Experience (out of 20) + Education (out of 10). Skills score is the percentage of required skills found in the resume. Experience compares the candidate's years against the job's minimum. Education scores 10 if any degree is detected. The scoring runs the moment a candidate applies.
Do candidates see their AI score?
No, by design. AI fields are stripped server-side from any candidate-facing response. Only your hiring team sees the score and breakdown. This is the standard practice across enterprise ATS platforms.
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with tenant isolation enforced at the database query layer — one company can never see another company's data. Passwords use bcrypt, sessions use signed JWTs, and we have automated tests verifying cross-tenant isolation. Daily off-site backups are included on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Does Yocker send my candidate data to OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLMs?
No. Resume parsing and AI scoring run inside Yocker's own tenant — your candidate data never leaves to a third-party LLM. This is a deliberate privacy-by-design choice.
Can I export my candidates?
Yes. From the pipeline view, select candidates and click Export PDF for a branded landscape A4 report with name, email, phone, location, and work experience for each. Excel/CSV export and full data export are on the roadmap. See Step 08 for the full walkthrough.
What happens to applications if I close a job?
When you close a job, all active applications for that role are archived (hidden from the pipeline). You have 30 days to reopen the position and restore them. After 30 days, archived applications are permanently deleted in compliance with data minimisation best practices.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract or commitment. Downgrade to Starter (free) at any time from the Billing page. Your data stays intact; you just lose access to paid features and your active job count is capped to the new plan's limit.
